Joel Boone

Director

Joel has over 20 years of financial planning, analytical, and operational experience, 12 of which are based in healthcare but bolstered by an older and equally strong background in retail and distribution. He supports executives with flexible and interactive financial models that leverage a company’s existing reporting across multiple lines of business and hundreds of locations. He is also capable of building out extensive reporting requests from investors, lenders, and regulators and can automate this reporting to reduce the need for additional employees. He has a thorough ability to evaluate physicians, clinics, facilities, and various other lines of business against peers, competitors, or market specific benchmarks. He also handles special projects for HRP that involve square footage studies and bad debt projects.

Joel believes that a Director of Finance must explain the performance of the company over prior periods while forecasting the results of current decisions or scenarios. Joel has demonstrated an exceptional ability to provide executives and operators with objective and concise reporting accompanied by actionable information. Joel leverages his extensive knowledge of Accounting, Operations, and Information Technology to provide managers with reporting appropriate to their respective level of responsibility while also reconciling this reporting to that of their executives. Furthermore, this reporting must reconcile to the ledger or other automated reporting that currently exists.

Joel has worked for large companies with numerous locations, lines of business, and sources of revenue, but he can always aggregate these reports through hierarchical mapping and even automate the distribution of information to various levels of management.
